焊接品質對強風作用下工業煙囪支撐架裂損現象影響之探討

摘要


本文旨在探討焊接品質對工業煙囪支撐架裂損現象之影響,研究中分析一座目前正在使用中的工業煙囪,該煙囪在季風吹襲下支撐結構曾發生裂損之現象,本文分析該煙囪與支撐架之實地監測結果,並探討焊接品質對煙囪支撐架裂損現象之影響,最後並提出焊道裂縫改善建議,期能提供業界在解決工業煙囪受風力吹襲所引起之結構異常問題時之參考。

This paper discusses the influence of weld quality upon the crack formation on the support of an industrial stack under the action of a strong wind. A practical industrial stack in use suffering from the weld crack on its support is investigated. The monitoring result of the stack and its support is analyzed herein. In addition, the influence of weld quality upon the crack formation on the support of the industrial stack is also discussed. Finally, effective methods to alleviate the crack formation phenomenon are suggested. The aim is to improve the structure failure problem of the stack and its support under the action of a strong wind.
