青少年性侵加害人之處遇方案初探

摘要

現今已有不少研究與文獻針對成人性犯罪之處遇作探討，相對之下針對青少年性侵害加害人其治療處遇作探討的就顯得較少。然而青少年階段是所有性侵害犯年齡層中所占比例最高的一個族群，而正值人格形塑與青春期性生理發展階段的青少年也尚有相當程度的可塑性，因此及早發現與介入就顯得非常重要。我國目前尚缺乏特別針對青少年性侵害加害人設計之團體治療方案，多數只是沿用或稍微修正原先設計給成人性侵害犯的處遇模式，因此本文回顧國內外相關研究與文獻，探討青少年性侵害加害人處遇之發展、內容與成效，並據此提供未來國內青少年性侵害加害人處遇發展之建議。

Today there are many studies and literature discussed for treatment program of adult sexual offender, and those for adolescent sexual offenders are relatively rare. However, adolescent sexual offenses are the highest proportion of all sexual crime, and these young people who are at stage of development of physiology and personality are considered to be more responsive to treatment than adult sexual offenders. Therefore, it is important to intervent these population earlier. Treatment programs specific designed for the adolescent sexual offenders are relatively rare in Taiwan today, most programs of adolescent sexual offenders are just copied or modified from those developed for adult sex offenders. Therefore, this article reviews literatures and studies, and discussed the content, development and efficacy of treatment program of adolescent sexual offenders, and provided futher suggestion for the future development of treatment for adolescent sexual offenders in Taiwan.
