摘要

目的：本研究以二所學校手球代表隊為對象：高中男子組20人（平均年齡17歲），大專男子組28人（平均年齡23歲），探討精英球隊球員知覺攻擊行為及其誘發攻擊行為的原因。方法：本研究採用焦點團體訪談法搜集資料，訪談大綱內容以拖延時間、近身壓迫拉扯、推擋對手，辱罵、威脅、推擠對手為題，融入比賽中呈現之實例或現象，由受訪者陳述過去參賽的經驗。結論：高中、大專精英球隊球員攻擊行為：敵意攻擊多於工具攻擊，誘發敵意攻擊的原因有敵意、挫折、生氣，工具攻擊則為贏得勝利。

To achieve the purpose of this study, two elite handball team players were as the subjects for our study: 20 high school players average years 17, and 28 college players average years 23. Interview method was applicated to gather the data for this study. By data, we wanted to explore the perceptive aggressive behavior and its brought factors of the elite handball players. The data showed that: a) for all these player, the hostility aggressive behavior was more than instrument aggressive behavior. b) the main brought factors of the elite handball players' aggressive behavior were: hostility, frustration, and angry. For instrument aggressive behavior, the key factor was to gain victories.
