自閉症類群障礙症兒童及青少年之焦慮評估

摘要

自閉症類群障礙兒童及青少年是伴隨焦慮問題的高危險群，如何有效評估其焦慮問題是了解病因及治療介入的基礎。本文旨在透過回顧國外對自閉症類群障礙兒童及青少年焦慮問題測量的文獻，說明焦慮評估遭遇的困難、國外常用的評估工具及信、效度問題。整體而言，會談及問卷評量是國外常用於測量自閉症類群障礙兒童及青少年焦慮問題的方法，這些方法的使用大多以專為一般孩童編制的測量工具為主，少數研究者鑑於自閉症類群障礙孩童的特有問題，開始對測量工具進行調整。不論是沿用一般孩童的測量工具或是改良的測量工具，信、效度的證據仍有待更多的實徵探討。最後本文將針對自閉症類群障礙兒童及青少年之焦慮評估工具及方式提出建議，以供國內研究及實務工作者參考。
