工作社會支持、工作-休閒促進與工作滿意之關係:以旅行社員工為例

Relationships among Work Social Support, Work-Leisure Facilitation, and Job Satisfaction: The Case of Employees of Travel Agencies

摘要


過去鮮少以旅行社員工為對象,探討工作-休閒促進之研究,本研究主旨在探討旅行社員工工作社會支持、工作-休閒促進及工作滿意之關係。為達成本研究目的,採用便利抽樣法,以旅行社員工為問卷調查對象進行資料收集,共回收295份有效問卷。資料以結構方程模式進行分析,研究結果顯示:工作社會支持對工作-休閒促進有正向顯著影響;工作社會支持對工作滿意沒有正向顯著影響;工作-休閒促進對工作滿意有正向顯著影響。最後,本研究亦提出若干管理意涵、研究限制與未來研究方向之建議。

Few studies take travel agency employees as examples to discuss work-leisure facilitation. The main purpose of this study is to explore the relationships among work social support, work-leisure facilitation, and job satisfaction. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, employees of travel agency were used as the study object, and the convenient sampling was adopted. A total of 295 valid questionnaires were collected. The obtained data were analyzed by structural equation modeling approach. The results revealed that the work social support has a positive and significant impact on the work-leisure facilitation; the work social support non- significant impact on the job satisfaction; the work-leisure facilitation has a positive and significant impact on the job satisfaction. Finally, the study discusses management implications, research limits, and proposals for future studies.
