正向領導、幸福感與教師組織承諾之關係研究:MASEM方法分析

A Study on the Relationship Among Positive Leadership, Sense of Wellbeing and Teachers' Organizational Commitment Using the MASEM Approach

摘要


本研究使用MASEM方法探討正向領導、幸福感與教師組織承諾的關係,資料蒐集從2011年1月至2019年12月止,共納入31篇相關研究進行後設分析。研究結果顯示正向領導、幸福感與教師組織承諾彼此之間具有正相關,正向領導與幸福感之間為中度效果量,正向領導與教師組織承諾之間為高度效果量,幸福感與教師組織承諾之間亦為高度效果量。另外,在結構方程模式的分析結果,發現正向領導對於教師組織承諾具有直接效果,幸福感對於教師組織承諾亦有直接效果,正向領導可以透過幸福感影響教師組織承諾。最終依據研究結果提出相關建議,供未來研究參考。

The present study explores the relationship among positive leadership, teachers' wellbeing, and teachers' organizational commitment using MASEM-methods. Data and information were collected between January 2011 and December 2019, with a total of 31 relevant studies being put together for meta-analysis. The research results indicated a positive correlation among positive leadership, teachers' wellbeing, and teachers' organizational commitment. A medium effect size was found between positive leadership and teachers' wellbeing, whereas there was a large effect size between positive leadership and teachers' organizational commitment. So was the case between teachers' wellbeing and their organizational commitment. Furthermore, according to the SEM analytical results, positive leadership exerted a direct effect on teachers' organizational commitment; teachers' wellbeing had an impact on their organizational commitment; and positive leadership might exert an effect on teachers' organizational commitment via their sense of wellbeing. Lastly, this study proffered suggestions for future research based on its research results.
