本研究目的旨在建立國內大學院校生運動社會支持量表,以及量表之信、效度。本研究工具係以Caplan(1974)與Oh(2005)所提出社會支持的觀點做爲量表之理論基礎,並以Iwasaki與Mannell(2000)及Argyle(1992)提出之休閒運動社會支持因素架構,自編成「大學院校生運動社會支持量表」問卷。以立意抽樣與配額抽樣之方式選取國立澎湖科技大學之學生進行問卷之發放,共得948份有效問卷。問卷回收後以項目分析、探索式因素分析、驗證式因素分析刪選試題及模式鑑定,並以複核效度檢定模式之穩定性。研究結果顯示大學院校生運動社會支持模式經模式修正後,整體模式具有良好之適配性,且其「情感支持」、「自尊支持」與「資訊支持」三因素,以及觀察變項皆具有良好之信、效度,且本研究量表具有複核效度存在。
This study attempted to develop and verify the reliability and validity of ”Scale of Exercise Social Support for College Students”. The framework of the Scale of Exercise Social Support was based on Caplan's (1974) and Oh's (2005) Social Support theory. Also, this scale was developed from Argyle's (1992) and Iwasaki and Mannell's (2000) theoretical structure of social support for leisure activities. Purpose sampling and quota sampling were applied to selected students from National Peng-Hu University. A total of 948 valid questionnaires were distributed to students. Item Analysis, Exploratory Factor Analysis, Confirmatory Factor Analysis, Reliability and Validity test, and Cross-Validation were implemented. The results indicated that the exercise social support model had suitable model fitness after the exercise social support model was modified. Observed variables and other factors included 'Emotion Support', 'Esteem Support' and 'Information Support' had good reliability and validity. Furthermore, the exercise social support model had good cross validation after the exercise social support model was verified by the cross validation test.
