抓舉試舉成功與失敗動作之槓鈴運動學分析

Barbell Kinematic Analysis of Successful vs. Unsuccessful Movement during the Snatch

摘要


本研究目的在比較抓舉試舉成功與失敗動作之槓鈴運動學差異,來瞭解造成試舉失敗的因素。以8位男子大學舉重運動員為研究對象,利用兩台數位攝影機拍攝抓舉動作,以動作分析系統來獲得三度空間的槓鈴運動學參數。其結果發現試舉成功與失敗在第一次拉結束點的垂直速度、槓鈴最大垂直高度以及標準化槓鈴最大垂直高度達顯著差異(p < .05)。造成試舉失敗的因為第一次拉結束點的槓鈴垂直速度慢、槓鈴最大垂直高度低以及標準化槓鈴最大垂直高度較小所造成。

The purpose of this study was to compare the barbell kinematic difference of successful and unsuccessful lifts during the snatch and to understand make lifts failure factors. Two digital cameras were used to records the snatch lifts of 8 male University weightlifters and used the motion analysis system to obtain 3-dimensional barbell kinematic parameters. The results indicate that vertical velocity at the end of 1st pull, barbell maximum vertical height, and normalized barbell maximum vertical height were significantly different in successful and unsuccessful lifts (p < .05). The cause at lifts failure of factor were that slow of barbell vertical velocity at the end of 1st pull, lower of barbell maximum height, and smaller of normalized barbell maximum height.
