護理人員提供「護理指導與諮詢」,是護理專業認同的重要護理行爲,也是最能突顯護理專業角色與功能,展現專業知識與技能的重要且獨立性的一項業務。1996年,世界衛生組織將健康促進醫院的理念,納入健康照護改革的憲章,並將「健康促進」定義爲「使人們促進健康,增進健康控制的過程」,爲落實健康促進定義的內涵,世界衛生組織亦積極倡導「賦能病人教育」(empoworing pationt education)的概念,期盼在所有健康促進病人教育的議題上,病人皆能扮演主動積極參與的角色。在世界潮流的導引下,本文期盼能拋磚引玉,藉由文獻探討,重新審視護理實務中「護理指導與諮詢」的本質與內涵,確認在護理指導與諮詢的議題上,臨床護理實務可以改進與努力的方向。
Nursing instruction and consultation are the key behaviors recognized by nursing professionals. The professional role and function of nursing are also clearly reveal because the professional knowledge and skills involved in this career are displayed autonomy. In 1996, the World Health Organization incorporated the concept of health promotion hospitals into the charter of healthcare revolution, and defined ”Health promotion” as ”the process of enabling people to increase control over their health and its determinants, and thereby improve their health”. To implement health promotion, the World Health Organization also advocated ”empowering patient education”, namely expecting that in all issues related to health promotion education, patients will play a meaningful and proactive role. As a leading study on nursing area, this investigation first reviews the literature and then focuses on the nature of nursing instruction and consultation thus confirming ways to improve nursing practice.
