Non-traumatic Bochdalek's Diaphragmatic Hernia in an Adult
成人的非傷創性橫隔膜疝氣
摘要
橫隔膜疝氣是先天性疾病，成人中是少見。有呼吸和腸胃症狀或沒有，都要用胸部X光來診斷。我們這個案是一位成人，因肚子痛和反重性嘔吐，偶然在胸部X光上發現左橫隔膜上升，以腹部電腦斷層協助診斷後手術治療。

Diaphragmatic hernias are rare in adults and those discovered in children are generally congenital. It is diagnosed by radiography of the chest in an asymptomatic person or in a person with respiratory and/or gastrointestinal symptoms. We report a rare case of adult onset Bochdalek's hernia where the patient visited our hospital with upper abdominal pain and severe vomiting. Diagnosis was established by plain chest radiography and abdominal computed tomography. A dorsolateral defect on left side of diaphragm was corrected using a prolene mesh via an abdominal approach.
