本計畫於99年7至9月間,由全省各衛生局共抽檢302件包裝烘焙食品,包括麵包類烘焙食品54件、蛋糕類烘焙食品32件、糕餅類烘焙食品102件、餅乾類烘焙食品87件及其他類烘焙食品27件。依行政院衛生署公告之「市售包裝食品營養標示規範」及「市售包裝食品營養宣稱規範」進行營養標示檢查及粗脂肪、飽和脂肪、反式脂肪含量標示值與檢驗值之符合性調查。檢查結果,20件產品之營養標示檢查不符規範,其中1件蛋糕類烘焙食品無營養標示,標示格式錯誤及未依規定標示者共19件。302件包裝烘焙食品另檢驗粗脂肪、飽和脂肪及反式脂肪含量與標示值之符合性,粗脂肪部分,共計263件檢驗值介於標示值80-120%之間,20件檢驗值低於標示值80%,18件檢驗值高於標示值120%。飽和脂肪部分計207件檢驗值介於標示值80-120%之間,15件檢驗值低於標示值80%,73件檢驗值高於標示值120%。反式脂肪部分,有266件產品標示值為零,其中有256件檢驗值小於0.3%,有10件產品反式脂肪含量介於0.3-1.0%,1件產品反式脂肪含量大於1.0%;另有28件產品標示反式脂肪含量,其中23件產品檢驗值介於標示值80-120%之間,3件產品檢驗值低於標示值80%,2件產品檢驗值高於標示值120%。共計有92件(142件項)粗脂肪、飽和脂肪、反式脂肪含量標示值與檢驗值不符規範,不符營養標示之產品,地方衛生機關均已依食品衛生管理法處理。

English Abstract

Three hundred and two packaged baked foods, including 54 bread, 32 cake, 102 pastry, 87 biscuit and 27 others, were sampled by the local health officers in Taiwan from July to September 2010. All these samples were analyzed to check the label values of nutrients, crude fat, saturated fat and transfat for their compliance to the ”commercial packaged food nutrition labeling norms” and ”commercial packaged food nutrition claims” noticed by Department of Health, Executive Yuan, ROC. The result showed that 20 samples were not compliant with the norms, including 1 baked cake sample without nutrition labeling, and 19 samples with error labeling. Three hundred and two samples were also chemically analyzed for the content of crude fat, saturated fat and trans-fat. The crude fat ranged from 80-120% of their labeled value in 263 samples, lower than 80% in 20 samples, higher than 120% in 18 samples. Saturated fat ranged from 80-120% of their labeled value in 207 samples, lower than 80% in 15 samples, higher than 120% in 73 samples. Trans-fat was labeled ”0” in 267 samples, and 256 of them were analyzed lower than 0.3%, but 10 samples between 0.3-1.0%, and the other 1 sample higher than 1.0%. In addition to the result, 28 samples were labeled with the trans-fats content value, 23 of them ranging from 80-120% of their labeled value, 3 samples lower than 80% and 2 samples higher than 120%. Conclusively, 92 samples (142 items) did not comply with the recognized standards.
