摘要

新型自動販賣機興起，吸引消費者購買。食品藥物管理署（下稱食藥署）自106年起規劃食品自動販賣機稽查計畫，106年至108年總計查核488台食品自動販賣機機台及其販售產品標示符合性，其中73台（15%）不符規定，主要違規態樣為機台未完整標示業者資訊。另於後市場及源頭製造廠，共計抽驗105件食品自動販賣機產品檢測衛生標準，初抽驗不合格率8.6%。進一步查核17家自動販賣機產品源頭製造廠食品良好衛生規範準則（GHP）符合性，有11家GHP初查不符規定，均複查合格，主要缺失項目為廢棄物或報廢品未落實管理。

The rise of new-style vending machines has attracted consumers to consume. TFDA has scheduled an inspection plan for vending machines since 2017. Four hundred eighty eight vending machines and the labeling of their products' were examined from 2017 to 2019, of which 73 (15%) failed to comply with the labeling requirements. The major non-compliances were incomplete information of machines' owners. In addition, 105 samples of vending machines' products at the market and manufacturing plants were tested for the sanitation standards, and the preliminary non-compliance rate was 8.6%. Further inspections on GHP for 17 processing factories manufacturing products for vending machines were carried; 11 processing factories during preliminary inspections did not meet the requirements of GHP, and all were re-qualified. The major non-compliances were inadequate implementation of management of waste or scrap products.
