邁向長壽社會:日本高齡者成功老化與運動資源

Moving toward a Longevous Society: The Concept of Successful Aging for the Japanese Elderly and Sport Resources

摘要


2005年起日本早已面臨超高齡社會現象,日本政府為因應日益增加的龐大高齡者人口,在法令、社會資源、運動資源都投注許多力量以建立友善且良好的運動環境。本文主要從高齡學的視野出發,藉由蒐集日本當今高齡者運動資源相關資料,除探討日本高齡學在整體健康概念的差異,並瞭解日本對於超高齡社會的應變之道。本文期望依此研究之成果,借鏡社會文化背景相似的日本,為即將在2025年邁向高齡社會的臺灣,提供政策規劃之方向,以及為廣大臺灣的銀髮族開拓健康長壽的康莊大道。

In 2005, Japan has become a super aged society, and the Japanese government also put lots of attention on this tread. Not only implementing the policy and law of the social welfare, but also providing a convenient and friendly sports environment for the elderly, the Japanese government put emphasis on promoting the well-being and health of the elderly through supplying various sports resources for them. There are multiple types of sports event held by government, and the elderly can engage in sports activities as they want. With the Gerontology perspective point of view, this study collected the data of Japanese sports resource, and analyzed how the Japanese elderly live longevity through it. Besides, this study also focused on how the Japanese scholars studied on the concept of well-being or the health status. In conclude, this study suggested that Taiwanese government may step forward by the Japanese experience, and create a bright-new vision for the elderly.
