各國綠色能源發展重點項目以及未來的挑戰

The Important Development Items of Green Energy and Challenge in Each Country

摘要


由於全球暖化所造成的氣候變遷以及石化燃料短缺等問題,綠色能源的發展已成為各國當前的重要議題。由於各國先天條件與利基點的不同,各國著重發展的綠色能源領域也不盡相同。現今各國發展綠色能源所面臨的問題當中,以國家能源政策是否符合全力支持、技術突破發展以及如何降低成本為主。台灣在面對新的能源革命下,須盡快找出適合台灣發展的綠色能源產業,開發與掌握相關的關鍵技術,提高能源自主性並降低溫室氣體的排放。

Due to the climate change, resulting from global warming, and the shortage of fossil fuel, the development of green energy becomes the important subject in every country. It is not all the same of the main development green energy items because of the different conditions in each country. The main problems are the national energy policy, the research of relative technologies and cost down during the developing process of green energy. It is important to find out the suitable green energy industries and research and control the crucial green energy technologies under face the new energy revolution in Taiwan. Finally, it is the goal to enhance the energy independence and reduce the discharge of greenhouse gas in Taiwan.
