幼儿只有参与到美术活动中来,才能体验到美术创作的乐趣,才能在活动中接触不同材料、工具,促进幼儿的全面发展。但在幼儿园的教育活动中,幼儿的非参与情况非常普遍。本研究选取义乌Y幼儿园为对象,在研究方法上采用观察法、访谈法、文献法,以深入了解幼儿美术活动的非参与行为。现小结如下:首先,幼儿非参与行为主要有闲谈说笑、自娱自乐、旁观他物、嬉戏打闹四种方式,呈现数量多、以及可以连续非参与的特点;其次,笔者从教师自身素质、幼儿自身以及活动室环境三方面讨论造成此行为的原因。最后,笔者建议教师要提升自身素质、重视幼儿个性特征、共同创设良好的环境氛围。期望教师更加关注幼儿的非参与行为,减少非参与行为的发生。
Only when children participate in art activities can they experience the fun of artistic creation, touch different materials and tools, and promote their all-round development. However, in the kindergartens' educational activities, children's non-participation is very common. In this study, Y kindergarten in Yiwu was selected as the object. Observation method, interview method and literature method were used in the research to deeply understand children's non-participation behavior in art activities. The summaries are as follows: first of all, children's non-participating behaviors mainly include chatting and laughing, entertaining themselves, looking on other things, playing and frolicking these four ways. Presenting the characteristics of large numbers of times and continuous non-participation; Secondly, the author discusses the causes of this behavior from three aspects of teachers' own quality, children's own and activity room environment. Finally, about the teachers' perspective, author suggests that teachers should improve their own quality, pay attention to children's personality characteristics, and create a good environment together. We expect teachers to pay more attention to children's non-participation behavior and reduce the occurrence of it.
