小学英语课堂教师评语存在的问题及策略研究

A Study on the Problems and Strategies of Teachers' Comments in Primary English Classroom

摘要


在小学英语课堂上教师给予学生恰当而准确的评语,有利于调动学生学习英语的热情,拉近师生间的距离。但走进小学英语课堂,发现教师评语存在诸多问题,影响了英语学习效果。通过调查当前小学英语课堂教师评语的运用现状,发现存在的主要问题有:1.教师评语对象不全面且不公平;2.教师评语内容无针对性且只注重知识维度;3.教师评语方式单一;4.教师缺少对评语的学习和反思。分析这些问题存在的主要原因有:1.教师传统评价观念根深蒂固;2.教师口语表达能力欠缺;3.教师使用体态语言的意识淡薄;4.教师缺少对评语的重视。结合实际提出的解决对策有:1.关注所有学生群体;2.评语内容具体化;3.培养体态语言;4.接受英语课堂评语培训。

It is helpful to arouse students' enthusiasm for learning English and close the distance between teachers and students by giving proper and accurate comments to students in primary school English class. However, when we enter the primary English class, we find that there are many problems in teachers' comments, which affect the effect of English learning. Through an investigation of the current situation of the use of comments by teachers in primary school English classes, the author finds that the main problems existing are as follows: 1. The subject of teacher evaluation is not comprehensive and unfair; 2. The content of teacher's comments is untargeted and only pays attention to the dimension of knowledge; 3. The teacher's comment style is single; 4. Teachers lack learning and reflection on comments. The main reasons for analyzing these problems are as follows: 1. The traditional evaluation concept of teachers is deep-rooted; 2. 3. Lack of teachers' ability to express oral English; 3. The teacher's consciousness of using body language is weak; 4. Teachers lack attention to comments. The countermeasures put forward in the light of the actual situation: 1. Attention to all groups of students; 2. 3. Concretization of the contents of the comments; 3. Cultivate body language; 4. Receive training about English classroom comments.
