夢境與生活狀態之探究－以一位男性當兵及海外工作時期為例

摘要

本研究旨在探討一位男性在當兵後期、到海外工作，以及決定回到台灣為期一年的12個夢境，聚焦在夢者的夢境如何象徵生活的變化，並詮釋夢境內容的意義，找出夢境的主題。在本研究中，研究資料的蒐集有二：一為夢者的夢境紀錄，二為研究者與夢者的訊息對話內容。研究者以Hill之夢工作理論形成訪談方向，協同夢者一同對夢境象徵元素進行探討，再將其放至夢境當中去尋求可能之意義，與夢者生活做連結。研究結果先呈現夢者的夢境內容，經過夢境詮釋後發現，這些夢境反映出夢者的工作抉擇歷程、內在的情緒感受與想法、藉由夢境釋放壓力。夢境內容不僅與其當下遇到的難題有關，更是夢者長時間生活狀態的縮影。部份夢境內容也顯現出夢者的人際相處模式、人格特質以及處事態度。依據上述研究發現，本文建議透過談夢、探索夢的過程，可以快速地拉近與夢者的生活，也可得知許多平時互動中難以得知的訊息，甚至可以更加感受其生活中所遭遇的種種事件與心情。

The purpose of this study was to investigate 12 dreams of a man during his life as a soldier and worked overseas, and to understand the connection between the content of dream and living condition. The notes of dreams and intersubjectivity dialogue between the researcher and dreamer were the data used to interpret the meanings of the dreams. These dreams reflected the dreamer's work choice process, his inner emotions and thoughts, and release the pressure. The contents of dreams were not only related to current issues, but also the epitome of long-term life. Some dreams also showed the dreamer's interpersonal relationship patterns, personal characteristics and affair dealing attitudes. Based on these findings, this study suggests that practitioners can understanding dreams' life by talking and exploring dreams, and use the information the dreams revealed to get better knowing of the dreamer's feeling.
