游泳池消費者服務品質與消費忠誠度之影響

摘要


本研究旨在暸解游泳池消費者服務品質與消費忠誠度之影響關係,以高屏地區游泳池消費者為研究對象進行問卷調查,有效問卷為235份,經因素分析、典型相關分析結果顯示:游泳池消費者服務品質對消費忠誠度有正向影響關係。

The purpose of the study was to reveal the service quality and loyalty of swimming pool consumer in Kaohsiung and Ping-Tung Area. Subjects of the study were 235 questionnaires were used to collect data. Data were analyzed by factor analysis, canonical correlation. The results indicated that: the service quality of swimming pool consumer was good predictors to loyalty.
