臺北市公立高中學生善終概念之研究

Good Deaths: A Quantitative Study of Senior High School Students

摘要


本研究採橫斷式調查研究法,旨在了解研究對象的善終概念。母群體爲台北市公立高中學生,以分層隨機抽樣,抽取1082個樣本,填寫研究者自編、經信效度考驗之善終概念量表。結果顯示研究對象的善終概念有二十八項,經因素分析後可萃取出內在期待、個人自主、身體狀況三個構面,其中內在期待的得分最高,即研究對象對死亡時心理與靈性的期待最爲重視。研究對象的善終概念豐富而多樣,不同研究對象間的善終概念具同質性與異質性。最後,依研究結果與討論對現行普通高級中學生命教育額選修課課程綱要提出參考與建議。

The purpose of this research is to understand senior high school students' concept of good death. This research uses senior high school students in Taipei as population and takes 1082 stratified random samples by Cross-Sectional Survey Design to do the Good Death Concept Scale Questionnaire which is designed by the researcher and has been through the validity and reliability test. The results reveal that the subjects’ concept of good death are 28 items which are extracted into three categories after factor analysis: personal control, physical condition and closure which has obtained the highest score. Participants' concepts of good death are varied, and among different research objects' concepts are homogeneity and heterogeneity. Finally, this research provides references and suggestions for the current curriculum outline of optional courses in life education category for senior high schools.
