This study aimed to explore the knowledge of instructional representations of the junior high school living-technology teachers. The data in this study were mainly collected and analyzed in a qualitative way. One living technology teacher in junior high school as the subjects participated in this study. To collect and interpret the data in this study, interview method was mainly adopted, and observation method and documents analysis method were subordinately used. In addition, triangular surveying method was adopted to make this study reliable. Based on the data analyses, the findings of this study are that the case teacher might present their teaching by using the learning worksheets, games, examples, motion pictures, movies and teaching aids. The findings about living-technology included that teachers themselves should concentrate on the accuracy of their teaching content. In addition, the school should purchase audio-visual aids.
