摘要


「公害污染」為民眾最有切身成受之問題,其中又以空氣污染與水污染分佔一二。根據調查河川污染是歷年來台灣地區「環境痛苦指數」之最,其中以「水污染」問題是大眾普遍認為嚴重之環境問題,備受各界關注。且據1990年環保署統計資料顯示,台灣地區受到中度及嚴重污染的河川,在21條主要河川中佔了27%,在26條次要河川中則佔了20.1%,合計共佔25.1%;經2001年統計,台灣地區受到中度及嚴重污染的河川,在中央管河川中佔了30.94,在地域管河川中佔了20.55%,合計佔了51.49%,污染範圍不僅從河川下游,更擴及中游,其影響範圍不僅是點,而是面。(環境保護暑,2002) 本研究目的主要是探討不同背景學生對水污染概念認知現況。研究者以自行發展之問卷,經信效度評鑑,叢集隨機選取大高雄地區16所學校三、五、八年級2785位學生為調查對象進行施測,回收資料利用T檢定、單因子變異數、卡方考驗等統計方法分析,研究結果顯示如下: 1.不同背景學生對水污染概念各向度、各因子及各問題多有顯著差異。 2.整體而言,學生對水污染概念多達顯著正相關,且認知亦偏高。 3.女生、親鄰水域學生、高雄縣地域學生等對一般性與記憶性水污染概念問題有較正確概念;男生、非親鄰水域、高雄市地域學生對衍生性與理解性水污染概念問題有較正確概念。

The purpose of this study were to explore the cognition of the water pollution concept. By using the questionnaire which was designed for this study and through the reliability and validity test 2785 subjects, which came from 3rd, 5th and 8th grade students in 16 schools around Kaohsiung area were selected by using cluster random sampling method. The obtained data were analyzed by T-test, one-way ANOVA and Chi-squares statistics methods. The finding were as following: 1. There were significant differences in the most cognition of water pollution concept between different backgrounds of students. 2. Generally speaking, the most students' water pollution concept was significant differences and toward to high cognition. 3. The cognition of water pollution concept of the female students, the students from river-neared school and the students living in Kaohsiung country area about general and membory problems were accurate; The cognition of water pollution concept of the the male students, the students from the school far from a river and the students living in Kaohsiung city area about extended and thinkable problems were accurate.
