我國經濟主體為中小型企業,約佔全體企業家數的97%左右。企業為求長期獲利、永續經營,端看企業經營者是否重視產業競爭力之關鍵成功因素的。本研究以卓越經營模式之架構發展關鍵成功因素之問項,結果發現企業的成功,會隨著產業的不同,而有不同的關鍵成功因素。然而在不同產業的企業,企業應掌握住核心的關鍵成功因素,做為奠定企業的基石,建立核心競爭力與優勢,才能謀求長遠的發展。另外,不論是全產業或是分別產業,都存在有2 至3 項的關鍵成功因素。而在研究中也提出中小企業共通的主要關鍵成功因素有二項,分別是:「持續創新與改善」、「具有關鍵技術與研發能力」。因此,企業應有動態經營的概念,優先掌握關鍵成功因素為出發,建立核心競爭力架構,再隨著環境發展建構動態經營模式,以因應瞬息萬變的產業環境變遷。走出屬於中小企業的獨特經營風格。
The small and medium enterprises (SMEs) is the main body in Taiwan economy, which accounts for about 97% of all entrepreneurs. In order to seek for a long-term profit and sustainable management, business leaders must realize the importance of the key success factors and competitive advantages in industry. This study examines the role of key success factors in the development of a business excellent model, the result shows that key success factors vary from industries among those successful businesses. Hence, the ability to catch the key success factors in different industry is the foundation to establish the core competitiveness in business. In addition, there are two or three key success factors which exist both in the generally industry or in any specific industry. According to the research, there are two main key success factors that are in common among SMEs, which are "continuous innovation and improvement" and "with key technology and research and development " Therefore, the enterprise should have the concept of dynamic management, which refer to prioritize the key success factors in the beginning, establish the core competitiveness of the structure and carve the dynamic business model along with the developing environment to respond to the fast changing industrial environment and to create the unique business style for small and medium enterprises.
