影響大學生參與體育課的滿意度因素之研究

Influences of Factors Satisfaction on Physical Education Program of University Students

摘要


本研究皆在探討影響大學生參與體育課的滿意度因素,以參考楊志顯等所編製的滿意度量表項目,合編為57題之「影響體育課滿意度因素項目表」,測量對象為五所大學457名參與必修體育課興趣選組學生。資料經探索性因素分析,結果發現學生在評量體育課的滿意度所考量的影響因素,包括「場地與器材」、「身體技能發展」、「教師能力素養」、「同學關係」、「樂趣因素」、「設備與行政」、「成績評量」等七個因素,共31個項目,總累積解釋變異量達70.46%。此結果可做為體育課教學的參考,及將來進一步編製適合大學院校體育課程滿意度量表之依據。

The purpose of this study was to examine the influences of factors satisfaction on physical education program of college students. Participants were 457 college students from six different universities, who enrolled in physical education classes. The questionnaire, ”Influences of Factors Satisfaction Scale of Physical Education Program,” interviewed the participants. Exploratory factor analysis revealed seven factors named equipment and facilities, physical fitness development, teacher's professional ability, peer relationship, personal interests, appliances and administration, grading and evaluation, with 31 items in total. 70.46% variance was explained. The result of this study can be the reference of teaching physical education, or the reference in working satisfaction scale of college physical education program.
