Sports in Taiwan seems to be called popular-sporting culture. Lots of sports development are like popular commodities-come and go hurriedly, emerged in people's memory soon. Sports development curve is like that of economics development, with its peak, decline, ups and downs; nevertheless, sports have its own deep value, meaning and purpose. For the purpose of systematical development, it should be implemented by the rooted, systemized, thorough full set plans.Popularity is an inevitable tendency, never mentions it's wrong or right. Sports, as of a certain, are shown by varied styles and features due to the times. However, in order to attract more people to participate the sport, the trend, tendency and popularity should be focused. Sports could be a recreation, a commodity, or a pronoun of popularity. However, sports are unique for the meaning behind the popularity and it should go be back to discuss for its essence.
