大學體育課學生之知覺動機氣候、自覺能力與運動樂趣之相關

The Relationships of Perceived Motivational Climate, Perceived Competence and Exercise Enjoyment of Physical Education among University Students in National Taipei University Technology

摘要


本研究之目的在:一、比較有意圖與無意圖選修體育課程的學生,在知覺動機氣候、自覺能力及運動樂趣上的差異;二、探討知覺動機氣候及自覺能力對於運動樂趣的預測情形。研究對象為台北科技大學體育課學生,共計215人(有意圖選修體育課168人,無意圖選修體育課47人),平均年齡為20.71±1.42歲。使用的工具為:知覺運動動機氣候量表、自覺能力量表及身體活動樂趣量表。所得資料以獨立樣本t檢定、逐步迴歸分析進行統計分析。研究結果如下:一、有意圖選修體育課的學生所知覺到的工作取向氣候及自覺能力,均顯著高於無意圖選修大學體育課的學生。二、不論是有意圖或無意圖選修體育課的學生,其自覺能力與工作取向氣候均可顯著預測運動樂趣。

The purposes of the study was to examine the difference of perceived motivational climate, perceived competence and exercise enjoyment between participated intention and non-intention in physical education among university students. In addition, the study was to investigate prediction of university students' participated intention of physical education on perceived motivational climate, perceived competence and exercise enjoyment. The subjects were selected from National Taipei University of Technology. The subjects included 168 participated intention students and 47 participated non-intention students. The range of the average age was 20.71±1.42 years. The research instruments were Perceived Motivational Climate in Physical Education Classes Questionnaire, Exercise Enjoyment Scale, The Perceived Competence Scale and the collected data were analyzed by t-test and step-wise regression. The results indicated as following: (1) The participated intention students emphasized on task orientation and had highly perceived competence who compared with participated non-intention; (2) University students' exercise enjoyment was predicted by perceived competence and task orientation.
