國小健體領域教師之體育專業能力

A Study of the Professional Competency of Elementary Schools Teachers in Health and Physical Education Area

摘要


我國自89年起推行至民國93年全面實施九年一貫新課程,該課程將學生學習劃分為七大學習領域,使原本分科學習的「學習科目」變成合科、統整的「學習領域」;而體育則和健康合併為同一領域,稱為「健康與體育」。而在政策推行過程中因為許多配套措施與相關策略並未如期實施,因而產生諸多問題。本研究旨在探討國小教師對健體領域意涵認知與專業能力相關之情形,並比較不同背景變項在意涵認知及專業能力差異情形。研究對象以台北縣擔任健體教學教師為研究對象,共計抽取68所學校,共900人,使用研究者自編之「健體領域意涵認知與專業能力問卷」進行調查。結果發現:現今教師對領域認知偏向瞭解;不同性別、服務年資在認知意涵與專業能力上,皆達顯著差異。意涵認知與專業能力各構面皆達顯著正相關,其中以「教材教法」與「教學評量」的相關係數達0.57為最高。

The purpose of this study was to examine the current status and importance rating of professional competency of elementary school physical education instruction and differences among subjects with different background variables. A total of 900 health and physical education area teachers from 68 elementary schools whom participated in the study's questionnaire survey. The collected data were analyzed using Spss12.0 for windows statistical package. The study found: 1. The understanding score of the area content of the subjects was between 3.52 and 3.75, indicating that the subjects were well informed. 2. The different background about sex, teaching sector and administration variables revealed no different toward importance of professional ability and development. According results, we suggested that educational agenda should hire teachers with physical professional skills priority, and assess them to promote professional ability and to achieve the goal.
