國中體育初任教師工作困擾與因應策略

摘要


目的:本研究欲瞭解國中體育初任教師所遭遇的困擾及其因應策略,並期望研究成果可作為體育初任教師之參考。方法:本研究以自編之「國中體育初任教師工作困擾與因應策略訪談大綱」,針對5位國中體育初任教師進行訪談。結果:一、國中體育初任教師在「課程與教學」、「人際方面」、「班級經營」、「個人因素」、「工作負擔」及「學校因素」共六構面皆有工作困擾存在。二、國中體育初任教師面對工作困擾的因應策略以直接因應為主。結論:一、國中體育初任教師以課程與教學層面之困擾最高,以工作負擔層面之困擾最低。二、國中體育初任教師面對工作困擾的因應策略主要為與他人討論解決問題,請教資深教師、同事及朋友,並自我專業成長。三、國中體育初任教師面對工作困擾時,傾向以直接因應,積極面對為主。四、目前的師資培育課程應著重實際教學能力之培養。

Purpose: The study focus on the problems and solvents of physical education (PE) beginning teacher in Junior High School. Method: The study adopted interviews, from 5 interviewees of teaching PE in junior high school. Results: (1) the junior PE beginning teachers have problems on ”Curriculum and Instruction”, ”Communication”, ”Classroom Management”, ”Personal factors”, ”Workload” and ”School factors”. (2) most of the ways that junior PE beginning teachers coped with problems are direct-focused solvents. Conclusion: (1) the junior PE beginning teachers had most problems on ”Curriculum and Instruction”, and had less problems on ”Workload”. (2) the junior PE beginning teachers' mainly solvents were to cope strategies with others, ask experienced teachers, colleagues and friends, and professional growth by themselves. (3) most of the ways that junior PE beginning teachers coped with problems are direct-focused solvents and positive. (4) teacher education curriculum should focus on the cultivating actual ability of teaching.
