Facing the fierce competitions, the performance of hotel operations and management plays an important role to determine a hotel's profitability and even its survival. In this paper, we first conclude the four principles on establishing the input and output indicators which are used to measure the performance of the company, namely comprehensiveness, representativeness, relationship and diversity. Then we use fuzzy clustering analysis, nonparametric test and rank correlation coefficient respectively to ensure that the elected indicators satisfy the four principles. At last, we apply this method to the hospitality and build a improving evaluation indicator system.
