The main purpose of this study is to systematically analyze those excellent thoughts of medical pedagogies from a forerunner, Dr. Itard, who created and led special education development in a new era. The study employed three methods of literature review, historical research, and semantic analysis to dissect and organize the special education thoughts of a five-year successful experimental teaching conducted by Itard for wild boy of Aveyron called Victor. At last, the conclusion and evaluation were drawn to refer to special education educators or researchers.
