摘要

本研究採用質性研究的訪談法，探索我國大學圖書館使用者對館內飲食服務的看法與意義。研究發現，因為「環境衛生」、「館藏保護」、「噪音問題」、「味道影響」、「圖書館功能」、「空間不足」等原因，近六成的受訪者反對在大學圖書館內提供飲食服務;而另外四成同意的是「條件式」的開放，贊成的原因則是因為「氛圍好」和「方便進食」。期望研究結果，能提供給大學圖書館的經營管理者參考。

This study adopted interview-based qualitative methodology, aiming to explore academic library users' opinions and attitudes toward in-library food and drink services. The findings revealed that approximately 60 percent of the interviewees were opposed to in-library food and drink services due to sanitation concerns, collection maintenance, noise concerns, odor concerns, library functionalities, and space limitations; on the contrary, around 40 percent of them agreed with conditional execution as a result of enjoyable atmosphere and dinning conveniences. It's hoped that the result of this study could be regarded as references in academic library practices.
