有機電激發光材料之發展近況

Recent Developments in Molecular Organic Electroluminescent Materials

摘要


回顧近三年來有機電激發光材料的設計及它在平面顯示器應用上的新發展,並討論有關這些材料的電荷輸導性質,顏色及放光效率上的主要研究課題。

Recent development (up to September, 2001) in the design and use of small molecular organic electroluminescent materials for display applications is reviewed. The material issues pertaining to design, synthesis, transport properties, color, guest-host emitters, fluorescent dopants, electroluminescent efficiencies and operational stability are described. A special section is dedicated to the review of recent progress on phosphorescent (triplet) emitting materials used in OLEDs.
