科技潮流帶動網路應用多樣化,課程教學紛紛採用數位學習方式以提升教學歷程與成果之品質。虛擬實習工場對學生而言是一種新的體驗課程,不僅可解決技職學校實習時數的不足,進而也期待能激發學習者自我效能,透過實習操作增進學習的自信心,並增進技能學習之成就。基於此,本研究首先建置一套電氣氣壓網路虛擬實習工場系統,實驗組學生接受網路虛擬實習工場混成式教學,控制組仍然以傳統實習課程教學,然後比較自我效能之前後差異。研究結果顯示,實驗組學生在「技能學習之自我效能量表」之「總分」、「驅策與壓力」構面的表現與技能之學習成就皆優於控制組學生,並且低成就學生在自我效能方面的表現更有顯著進步。網路虛擬實習工場的設計與應用對於技職體系的技能教學有其潛力與效益,值得進一步探討。
E-learning is a popular method for course teaching in the era of science and technology. Virtual training workshop is a new experience for students. Not only can it solve the problem of insufficient practical training, but it can also promote efficiency and achievements for skill learning. First, we designed and implemented a system of Web-based Virtual Training Workshop (WVTW) for Electrical Pneumatics teaching. The experimental group proceeded to their learning via the WVTW system. Meanwhile, the control group accepted the traditional learning way. The self-efficacy between these two groups was compared. The result indicated that the experimental group performed better on skill learning, the total score in Self-Efficacy Scale of Skill and the construction of Drive and Pressure than the control group. Especially, the performance of self-efficacy had shown a significant result on the low achievers.
