摘要

本文設定有限的論述目的，具體的說，本文先分析佛教的慈悲觀的理論成分，從哲理分析，提出從存在論、形上學及本性論三向，解釋生緣、法緣與無緣慈悲的三層次；並凸顯慈悲的四個面向，它們分別是意向性的關聯、位格的關係性、平等的同理性及動態的實踐性；並進而以日本京瓷創辦人稻盛和夫為例，以彰顯在其詮釋下，所見到的佛教慈悲精神跟慈悲管理的選擇親和性（Elective affinity）。
