摘要

With the rapid economic growth, the scale of construction projects is gradually expanded, and the difficulty of construction is also increasing. Only do a good job in the construction project management, strengthen the construction site management, timely deal with the problems and shortcomings in the construction process, ensure the construction efficiency and quality, in order to achieve the standards and requirements of the construction project. This article mainly takes the construction engineering as the research object, analyzes the construction site management optimization and perfect related content in the project management, in order to improve the construction quality and benefit, and promote the sustainable development of the construction industry.
