On the Spot Disposal of Mass Incidents Caused By Illegal Fund Raising
摘要
With the rapid development of economy, the national income is higher and higher, so there will be a part of money spillover. But most of the citizens can't do the reasonable financial management, which provides the opportunity for the crime of illegal fund-raising. In recent years, the incidence of illegal fund-raising cases is still high, and the mass incidents caused by illegal fund-raising cases are too numerous to enumerate. Therefore, we should make clear the characteristics and common causes of mass incidents caused by illegal fund-raising. To study the principles of dealing with group incidents caused by illegal fund-raising, establish a sound early warning system of group incidents caused by illegal fund-raising, improve the specific implementation and Strategies of group incidents caused by illegal fund-raising, and truly handle the group incidents caused by illegal fund-raising.
