摘要

According to National Educational Development Statistical Bulletin by MOE(Ministry of Education, People's Republic of China). The total scale of all types of higher education reached 38.33 million, and the enrollment rate of higher education reached 48.1%, so that the number of college students was extremely large. Since entering the New Era, the cause of all aspects of our society has developed rapidly, and changes are changing with each passing day, as is higher education. But at the same time, the rapidly changing social environment and the continuous development of Internet technology have also brought new difficulties to the management of public security for college students. Based on the actual problems and relying on the actual situation of colleges, this article has established a society-university security system through research.
