台灣扁柏皮部之化學成份研究

摘要


台灣扁柏(Chamaecyparis obtusa var. formosana),又名黃檜或厚殼,特產於台灣海拔1500公尺至2500公尺的雲霧帶,且大部份分佈在中部以北的地區,馬告國家公園即是台灣扁柏林最集中的地方。其木材有辛辣味、具芳香、且具高度耐朽抗蟲性。本論文所分析的台灣扁柏皮部,先以丙酮浸泡得到萃取物之後,運用矽膠薄層分析、高效液相層析儀及再結晶等方式進行下一步的分離純化。純化後的化合物在測得氫核磁共振圖譜、碳核磁共振圖譜、紅外線光譜與質譜後,推測其結構,若推測的結構經化學資料庫MDL Crossfire Commander和SciFinder Scholar查詢為已知化合物者,則與文獻值比對確定其結構。若是新化合物,則依需要進行二維核磁共振圖譜實驗確定其結構。 本實驗共鑑定得到41個化合物,分別為: 一、單萜類(Monoterpenoids) 化合物 2個 二、倍半萜類(Sesquiterpenoids) 化合物1個 三、雙萜類(Diterpenoids) 化合物33個 四、木酚素類(Lignans) 化合物2個 五、雙聚類(Dimers) 化合物2個 六、其它類(Others) 化合物1個 其中17個為新化合物。

Chamaecyparis obtusa var. formosana (bark) is indigenous in the central and north part of Taiwan at altitudes of 1500~2500 meters. The wood of this tree is one of the best building material in Taiwan. The acetone extract from the bark of C. obtusa var. formosana was concentrated to give a residue, which was further separated by column chromatography on silica gel, preparative thin layer chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) to obtain forty-one compounds, including two monterpenoids, one sesquiterpenoids, thirty-three diterpenoids, two dimmers, two lignans, and others skelton compounds, which do not belonging to any of the above categories. Among these isolated compounds, seventheen compounds are new compounds. The known compounds were identified by spectral analysis and compared with litertures data or authentic samples. The structures of new compounds were elucidated by spectral analysis including one-dimension and two-dimension NMR spetral analysis.
