遊憩動機、認真性休閒與遊憩專門化關係之研究-以臺北及新北市賞鳥者為例

摘要

本研究主要目的為瞭解臺北市及新北市地區賞鳥者的遊憩動機、認真性休閒及遊憩專門化三者之間的關係。本研究基於相關文獻，並建立理論架構後進行問卷調查，並訪問292位賞鳥者。
結構方程模型結果顯示，遊憩動機對認真性休閒以及認真性休閒對遊憩專門化兩者皆具明顯的正向關係。影響賞鳥者的主要動機為使身心更健康。賞鳥者最顯著的認真性休閒特質是賞鳥者自認賞鳥為其生活必要的一部分，賞鳥者朝向遊憩專門化最重要的因素是具有足夠的賞鳥知識及技巧。
最後，本研究發現非退休賞鳥者其遊憩動機對認真性休閒比退休者有較高的影響。反之，退休賞鳥者其認真性休閒對遊憩專門化比非退休者有較高的影響，其原因在於退休賞鳥者涉入賞鳥的時間與精力更多。

The main purpose of this study is to understand the relationships among recreation motivation, serious leisure and recreation specialization of birdwatchers in Taipei metropolitan area. The study, based on literature review, first establish a theoretical framework of the relationships, and then conduct a questionnaire survey by interviewing 292 birdwatchers.
The analysis result of structural equation modeling indicates that both of the relationships of recreation motivation to serious leisure and serious leisure to recreation specialization have significant positive impacts. It also shows that the birdwatchers’ major motivation is to be healthier. The most significant characteristics of their serious leisure is birdwatching to be considered as an essential part of their daily life, and for their recreation specialization, the most important factor is having the sufficient knowledge and skills of birdwatching.
Finally, it indicates that the birdwatchers not retired from works has a higher impact in recreation motivation to serious leisure than retired ones. By contrast, the birdwatchers retired from works has a higher positive impact in serious leisure to recreation specialization than not retired ones because they can involve more time and effort in birdwatching.
