營建工地中空間是一種有限資源,不同的工班會在同一空間施作而互相衝突,物料堆置空間也常常會與工人施作空間重疊。空間衝突影響了施工進行與施工效率,造成工期之延長。雖然目前有些研究提到關於空間衝突的分析與處理,但是文獻中多著重在衝突作業項目使用空間的特性,而未考量整體空間使用效益。 本研究將不同施工階段的工程平面圖,利用空間語法(space syntax)之概念將工程CAD圖面轉換成對應之拓樸結構,再利用空間分析因子(spatial analysis parameters)來評估空間屬性,當空間衝突發生時,利用空間屬性進行衝突分析。 本研究以一採取逆打工法之地下室工程為例,並藉由該案例來進行空間特性分析中動線流量與相對便捷值關係之驗證,並對實際發生之衝突進行空間分析。

English Abstract

With increasing pressure for shorter delivery schedules, space is a critical resource at construction sites. Time-space conflicts also significantly hinder the performance of interfering activities. In fact, many studies cite time-space conflicts among the major causes of productivity loss in construction. Many researches deal with time-space conflict problems, which emphasize on characteristics of time-space conflict; however, current studies lack an overall concept on efficient time-space application. Based on the construction process, this research transfers CAD drawing into topological with the concept of space syntax and applies spatial analysis parameters to identify space attributes used to solve time-space conflicts. A case study demonstrates the specific instance with Top-Down Method. The proposed approach tries to verify the relationship between dynamic axial line flow and the “Integration Value” and analyze time-space conflicts observed in real case.
