社會企業之價值定位與類型化分析

摘要

近來社會企業越來越被重視，社會企業為了兼具社會公益價值及經濟獲益的雙重目標，藉由有效的營運模式獲利達到自立，更將所得盈餘再度投入社會企業本身，提升效能減輕社會負擔。

本論文所欲探討的面向在於社會企業如何因應金融海嘯下的衝擊以及對於社會企業影響的面向為何，透過文獻分析去瞭解社會企業的定位與特質，提出有效的發展策略去面對瞬息萬變的社會以及更多未知的未來，期待以這樣的角度為探討的焦點，並提出具體可行的策略建議。

由於社會福利的縮減，公益資源也開始有分配不足的現象產生，因此蘊含著解決社會問題並提供社會價值之精神的社會企業也應運而生，本文對於社會企業的興起與價值進行試探性的檢索。此外，擬對社會企業進行類型化分析，大致可分為公益創投、社會工作整合、社會合作社、社區發展協會和產品銷售形式及有償服務提供以上這五種形式，並找出適當對應的本土個案來比對。

本研究透過對社會企業整體作SWOT分析，並針對社會企業的使命特質以及所面臨的問題與困境提出建議。研究結果顯示，社會企業目前座落於公部門與私部門的邊界，為經濟資源的配置與管理，奠定了新的基礎。此外，更值得注意的是社會企業在追求商業行為的收益的同時是否會產生質變，仍是值得被探討的議題。

This thesis wants to discuss into of facing to and lying in how the social enterprise respond the financial tidal wave under of pound at and influence to the social enterprise of face to why, understand the fixed position and characteristic of social enterprise and put forth effective development strategy to face volatile social and more unknown future through the cultural heritage analysis, the expectation takes angle like this as the focus of study, and puts forth a concrete viable strategy suggestion.

Because the social welfare cuts, the public-welfared resource also starts having the phenomenon creation of allotment shortage, therefore contain to work out a social problem and provide the social enterprise of the spirit of social value to also emerge with the tide of the times, this text's rise toward social enterprise and value carry on the index that sounds out sex. Draw up to carry on a type to turn analysis to the social enterprise in addition, mostly can be divided into a public welfare to create the hurl, social work integration, social school store and community development association and product to sell a form and have a Chang service to provide above these five kinds of forms, and find out appropriate rightness of should of native individual case to compare rightness.

This research through make SWOT to the whole social enterprise analytical, and put forth a suggestion to the mission characteristic of social enterprise and problem and dilemma faced. The research suggests as a result that the social enterprise is been located to the boundary of the public agent and the private section currently, is the allocation and management of economic resource and lay new foundation. In addition, it is more remarkable to is a social enterprise while pursuing the income of business behavior whether will produce quality to change, still is the subject worth being inquired into.
