印度金融體系的政治經濟分析

摘要

金融體系是全球主要的一環，金融體系又與經濟和政治關係緊緊相扣，而中央銀行又是金融體系的核心，因此，中央銀行的決定會牽動經濟、金融與政治。中央銀行對於國家是具有非常重要性。中央銀行做的任何決定對於國家整體經濟有很重大的影響。

本篇論文主要是探討印度儲備銀行的獨立性。本文先由印度的金融體系去了解印度印行體系的發展。再從印度政治體系及官僚對金融體系之間是否有影響。再以美國儲備聯邦銀行與印度儲備銀行去做比較，最後以案例去分析印度儲備銀行是否具有獨立性。

最後本文認為，印度儲備銀行是不具有獨立性。原因在於印度憲法當初在立憲時並沒有把儲備銀行獨立法寫入，使得印度政府有理由干預印度儲備銀行。

Financial System which is closely associated with the economy and the politics is one of the major parts in the world. Moreover, the Central Bank is the core of the financial system, so the decisions of the Central Bank will impact on the field of the economy, the financial and the politics. To a country, the Central Bank is vital, so no matter what decisions the Central Bank makes will have a significant influence in the overall economy of the country.
The main investigation of the dissertation is about the independence of Reserve Bank of India. First, we will realize the development of India's banking system through India's financial system. Second, discuss if India's form of government and the bureaucracy will affect the financial system. Third, make a comparison between Federal Reserve Bank and Reserve Bank of India. Last but not least, using the cases to analyze whether Reserve Bank of India has the independence or not.
We can learn from what we have mentioned above: Reserve Bank of India is not independent at all. The reason is that the Indian did not subsume Reserve Bank Act in the Constitution of India while setting up a constitution which caused the Indian government not to have the right to interfere with Reserve Bank of India.
