新北市高中職教官組織信任與知識分享意願關係之研究

The Correlation Study of the Organization Trusts and the Will to the Knowledge Sharing over the Military Instructors of the Senior and Vocational High Schools in the New Taipei City

摘要


本研究旨在了解新北市高中職教官組織信任與知識分享意願之關係。本研究除對相關文 獻進行分析之外,主要採問卷調查法,針對新北市高中職教官為研究對象進行調查,共發放 262份問卷,回收有效問卷214份。本研究使用之研究工具為「新北市高中職教官組織信任與 知識分享意願之研究量表」,並將問卷所得結果採描述性統計分析、平均數、標準差、信度 檢驗、因素分析、t考驗、變異數分析、皮爾森相關及多元迴歸等分析方法進行資料處理及 分析。獲致以下研究結果: 壹、整體而言組織信任的知覺在中高程度。其中對「信任同事」程度最高,對「信任主管」 及「信任軍訓組織」的程度較低。 貳、整體而言知識分享意願的知覺在中高程度。其中對「分享個人內在知識意願」程度較高, 對「促進他人學習動機意願」程度較低。 參、針對不同背景變項在組織信任除教育程度、任職學校有明顯差異外,其餘均無顯著差異。 肆、針對不同背景變項在知識分享意願除不同現職職務有明顯差異外,其餘均無顯著差 異。伍、組織信任量表中「信任主管」、「信任同事」、「信任軍訓組織」構面與知識 分享意願量表中「分享個人內在知識」、「促進他人學習動」構面間均存在顯著中度正向 相關水準。整體而言,新北市高中職教官組織信任可以解釋知識分享意願程度,而以信 任同事有較高相關度。 陸、新北市高中職教官組織信任能夠有效預測知識分享意願。也就是教官之組織信任對於知 識分享意願有明顯的影響,當教官對組織信任知覺程度越高,其知識分享的意願也隨之 愈高。而在教官組織信任中,以信任同事的知覺程度對其個人知識分享的意願較有顯著 影響;其次是信任軍訓組織;再者是信任主管,而解釋力強弱的順序亦復如此。 最後根據研究發現,提出具體建議以供軍訓主管機關、學校軍訓主管及軍訓教官以及後續研 究提供參考。

This study is mainly to understand the correlation between organization trust and the will of sharing knowledge in the military instructors of the senior and vocational high schools in the New Taipei City. Besides the analysis to the related literature review, the main method resorts to questionnaire survey, focusing on the military instructors of the senior and vocational high schools in the New Taipei City. There are 262 copies with the effective 214 copies. In this research, the quantity survey table is adopted, which focuses on this thesis issue. The resources of the questionnaires are processed and analyzed according to descriptive statistics analysis, mean, standard deviation, reliability analysis, factor analysis, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson' analysis. The result is concluded as follows: 1. As a whole, the degree of the organization trust falls on middle high. Among them, the trust to colleagues is the highest; the trusts to administrative chiefs and the military organizations are relatively low. 2. The degree of the will of sharing knowledge falls on middle high. Among them, the will of sharing personal internal knowledge is relatively high; the degree to promote others' learning motives is relatively low. 3. For variables in organization trust in different backgrounds, the differences are not prominent except in education degrees and servicing schools. 4. For variables in the will of sharing knowledge in different backgrounds, the differences are not prominent except different in serving duties. 5. In the table of organization trust, the framework of “the trust to chiefs", “the trust to colleagues", “the trust to military organizations", is middle high proportional to the framework of “sharing personal internal knowledge", and “promoting others' learning motives" in the table of the will of sharing knowledge. As a whole, the organizational trust in the military instructors of the senior and vocational high schools in the New Taipei City can be explained as the will of sharing knowledge, and among them, “the trust to colleagues" is relatively high correlated. 6. Organizational trust for the military instructors in New Taipei City can effectively predict the will to share knowledge. It means that organizational trust has a prominent effect on the will of sharing knowledge. The higher trust the military instructors have to the organization, the higher will they would have to share knowledge. As to the degrees to organizational trust, the trust to colleagues has more prominent effect, and then to the military training organizations, and then the trust to the executive chiefs. The explanations for those reasons are as the same sequence. At last, the tangible results found according this study will be suggested to the military training education authorities, the military training chiefs in schools and military training instructors for their referential researches.
