多國企業與本國企業資訊科技集中程度影響因素分析—以金融業為例

摘要


各金融機構為了增加收益,除了積極尋求購併的機會,另一方面也加緊進行海外佈點,希望能提昇市佔率,成為區域或甚至全球的金融霸主。當分支機構前進到其他國家後,如何才能架構出能使各地組織在海外能順利運作之資訊科技架構,就成為各企業關心的重要課題。本研究主要是探討金融業中多國企業與本國企業認為哪些因素會影響資訊科技的集中程度,以及對於這些影響因素的認知是否有顯著差異。期望從研究結果得知金融業之多國企業在決定資訊科技集中程度時,大部份會關注哪些因素來進行評估,提供金融業者在進行相關決策時,能有更客觀的參考依據進行判斷。 在彙整相關文獻並進行問卷調答及統計分析後之研究結果顯示:(1)多國與本國企業對於影響資訊科技『硬體資源』集中程度影響因素的看法,部分是具有顯著差異;(2)多國與本國企業對於影響資訊科技『責任歸屬』集中程度影響因素的看法,部分是具有顯著差異;(3)對於多國企業來說,無論是對於資訊科技硬體資源或責任歸屬集中程度影響因素之看法,都非常重視法令規範面的影響因素。

Various financial institutions in order to increase revenue, in addition to the opportunity to actively seek acquisitions, on the other hand also stepping up overseas distribution, hoping to increase its market share, as a regional or even global financial superpower. When branches to advance to other countries, how to construct the local organizations, information technology architecture smooth operation in the overseas, has become an important issue the enterprises concerned. This study is to investigate multinational companies and local companies in the financial industry that what factors will affect the concentration of Information Technology, as well as whether there are significant differences in the perception of these factors. Expectations from the findings that the financial sector as much as multinational companies in determining the concentration of Information Technology, the most concerned about what factors to assess the financial industry during the relevant decision-making can be more objective reference to judge. After literature collection and statistical analysis, the study results show that: 1. For the view of the impact of factors that affect the integration of information technology hardware resources, multinational and localize enterprises have a significant difference. 2. For the views of the impact of factors that affect the concentration of information technology responsibility, multinational and local companies also have a significant difference. 3. For multinational companies, whether Information Technology (IT) hardware resources or the responsibilities level of integration factors, both they focus on the impact of laws and regulations.
