工作假期(working holiday)在國外已經行之有年,而台灣直到近年來才引進這樣的休閒方式,為了因應台灣特有的國情及生活習慣,工作假期也做了些許的改變。 首先,本研究探討工作假期定位的問題,分析生態工作假期對於生態保育、工作、與假期三者之間的定位。再者,透過經驗現象的分析,探討生態工作假期中負面因素(收費、工作、弄髒)與參與動機的拉扯。另一方面,生態工作假期是被建構出來的休閒活動,活動中「真實感」與人工的建構產生許多矛盾與弔詭,也構築出參與者與主辦者之間不同的表演劇場。因此,生態工作假期因為其活動內容的特殊性,而在建構的過程中產生不同族群「品味」及「生活風格」的區分。 本研究透過分析陽明山生態工作假期中的建構過程與參與體驗,探討生態工作假期作為一種休閒活動在台灣實踐的過程與建構方式。
“Working Holiday” is a popular style in other countries for many years, and brought in Taiwan recently. For reaching Taiwan national conditions and lifestyle, it has some difference in Taiwan. Firstly, the research attempt to discuss the definition of Working Holiday, analysis the definition of ecology care, work , and holiday in Eco-Working Holiday. Secondly, using experience analysis by case, explore the conflict between negative elements (charge, work, get dirty) and the motive of participate. Furthermore, Eco-Working Holiday is the leisure activity which constructs, the “authenticity” and man-made construction produce much contradictions and paradoxs, and also make the different performance between guest and host. For the particularity of Eco-Working Holiday, the “taste” and “lifestyle” are told form different groups in the construction process. Through construction process and participate motive, the research want to make an analysis on Yangmingshan Eco-Working Holiday, and explore Eco-Working Holiday take a kind of leisure activity the process and the construction which practices in Taiwan.
