摘要

本研究的目的是探討街頭藝人使用徒步區的空間關係，建立出一套能夠支應街頭藝人行為的空間設計原則，透過公館徒步區末端的街道空間應證原則。
本文所探討的問題是：
1. 街頭藝人於展演時對行人及附近商店造成之空間使用上的影響。
2. 西門町徒步區與信義區香堤大道徒步區成功原因及不同之處。
3. 公館徒步區事件失敗之原因。
本研究的方法為田野調查、訪談及觀察法。記錄拍攝3個地區：西門町徒步區、信義區香堤大道徒步區、公館徒步區試辦範圍，查閱相關文獻資料並與街頭藝人一一訪談並，最後觀察街頭藝人於展演時對附近行人造成的影響。訪談內容中了解其對空間使用之需求。
本研究之成果如下：
1. 以實地調查與測繪紀錄的方式，呈現西門町徒步區與香堤大道徒步區之樣貌、結構，透過觀察法比對出兩者間的差異點。
2. 分析公館徒步區試辦範圍的交通、行人、商店、違建違停及周遭攤販之空間使用。
3. 提出已納入行為分析之徒步區設計原則，重新設置公館徒步區。

The study aimed to discuss the spatial relation of buskers using pedestrian areas to establish a principle of space design which supports the actions of buskers. The principle was verified through the tail end of Gongguan Pedestrian Area.
The study addressed the issues:
1. The influence of buskers to space utilization of pedestrians and nearby stores when performing.
2. The success factors and differences of pedestrian areas in Ximending and Chianti Square Pedestrian Area in Xinyi Dist.
3. The failure factors of the trial of Gongguan Pedestrian Area
The study adopted field research, interview and observation methods. The study has filmed in 3 areas: Ximending Pedestrian Area, Chianti Square Pedestrian Area in Xinyi Dist., and trial areas in Gongguan Pedestrian Area, reviewed relative literatures, interviewed with buskers, and finally observed the effects of buskers to pedestrians when performing. The needs in space utilization aspect were learned from the interview contents.
The results are as follows:
1. The field research and mapping methods were adopted to present the appearances and structures of pedestrian areas in Ximending and Chianti Square, and the differences were contrasted through observation.
2. The space utilization of traffics, pedestrians, stores, illegal structures and parking and nearby stands in trial areas in Gongguan Pedestrian Area was analyzed.
3. The principle of pedestrian area design included activity analysis was proposed to rearrange Gongguan Pedestrian Area.
