新北市國民小學校長領導風格與學校創新經營之研究

論文名稱:新北市國民小學校長領導風格與學校創 頁數:178 新經營之研究 校系(所)組別:淡江大學教育政策與領導研究所碩士在職專班 畢業時間及提要別:102學年度第2學期 碩士論文提要 研究生:蔡惟中 指導教授:洪啟昌 博士 論文提要內容: 本研究旨在探討新北市國民小學校長領導風格與學校創新經營之現況與相關,以及在不同背景變項下,校長領導風格及學校創新經營的差異情形。 本研究兼採文獻分析法與問卷調查法。根據研究目的、研究問題及文獻探討,編製「新北市國小校長領導風格與學校創新經營關係調查問卷」,獲得有效問卷437份。針對有效問卷採用描述性統計、t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關、薛費法事後多重比較等統計分析方法,綜合分析討論後,歸納本研究之結論如下: 一、國小校長目前的領導風格呈現多元化,其中以倡導任務型領導風格被教師知覺的程度最高。 二、校長年齡40歲~未滿50的學校,其教師對校長領導風格的知覺程度較高。 三、在校長領導風格上,位於偏遠地區的學校,其教師有較高的知覺。 四、在校長領導風格上,教師年齡50歲以上、服務年資20年及以上、最高學歷碩士(含)以上與兼任主任職務或是組長的教師,有較高的知覺。 五、國小教師對於學校創新經營的知覺屬中上程度,其中以「課程教學創新」層面知覺程度最高,而「行政管理創新」層面的知覺程度最低。 六、校長領導風格與學校創新經營之關係具有正相關。 七、校長領導風格對學校創新經營具有預測力。 最後,根據上述的研究結論,提出具體建議,以供學校行政單位、國小教師及未來研究者之參考。 關鍵詞:校長領導風格、學校創新經營

Name of student:TSAI WEI CHUNG Advisor: Chi-Chang Hung 蔡惟中 洪啟昌 Abstract: The purpose of this study is to investigate the current situationsand relevance of Principal's Leadership Style and SchoolInnovation Management and to analyze the differences betweenPrincipal's Leadership Style and School Innovation Management in different environmental variables. The literatures analysis and sampling questionnaire surveywere utilized for the data collection. According to studypurpose ,study question and literatures review, the questionnaire「The Principal’s Leadership Style and School InnovationManagement in New Taipei City」.The number of effective samples is 437. The data are analyzedusing the methods of t-test, one-way ANOVA, product momentcorrelations and multiple regressions.The main findings were as follows: 1. The principal’s leadership style presents multiple-dimension,among which the Task-based advocacy leadership style was perceived most. 2. In schools whose principals’ ages are 40 years to less than 50, the principle’s leadership style is more perceived by teachers. 3. In schools whose are located in remote areas, the principal’s leadership style is more perceived by teachers. 4. Principal’s leadership style is more perceived by teachers aged 50 years and older, and with part-time tasks ofvice president. 5. Teachers perceive school innovation managements at mid or high level, among which “ Teaching Innovation ”most and “ Administrative Management Innovation ” least. 6. There was a positive correlation between principal’s leadership style and school innovation management. 7. Principal’s leadership style could effectively predict school innovation management. The research results were further discussed in this study and, according to the discussions, some suggestions were provided for school administrative units, teachers, and researchers.
