以不同因素分析探討其對淹水潛勢的影響

摘要


林邊溪與東港溪由於人口密度高及開發密集,加上地勢低窪導致長年淹水,因此透過土地利用開發程度來探討,可有效掌握淹水狀況。本研究利用FLO-2D先以國家防災中心為標準的降雨量「150mm」、「300mm」、「450mm」、「600mm」將入滲係數考慮進來分析其淹水狀況,亦加入其它地文因子探討,接著利用衛星影像區分土地利用開發程度,探討不同開發程度所漥蓄的水量程度,之後再使用地理資訊系統GIS分析歸納各研究流域集水區之土地開發情形及坡度分級,以分析各研究區域因不同的坡度及土地利用開發程度,而導致淹水範圍之變化。 本研究分析結果,發現因土地開發程度較高而降雨入滲量與植被截流減少,導致淹水範圍變大;坡度的變化對集流時間及逕流量都會造成影響;從線性迴歸分析中,林邊溪流域之相關性較高,未來為求較合理之數據或結果,需要再加上詳細的人工結構物及抽水站資訊,考慮不同之淹水特性並選擇較合適之分析方法,以增加淹水模擬結果的精確度。

As a result of high population density, and high degree of land-use coupled with low-lying land have led basins of Tungkang River and Lin-Bian River facing serious problems of flooding. In this study, according to standard rainfalls which are "150mm", "300mm", "450mm", "600mm" of the National disaster prevention center, we have used FLO-2D with different infiltration coefficients to analyze the flooding situation. By using satellite images to distinguish the extent of different land-use, we use Geographic Information System (GIS) to analysis the effects on slopes and the degree of land-use on the flooding areas. The results of this study found that the development of different degree of land use, the amount of rainfall infiltration and vegetation have various effects on the flooding areas. The average slope will also has some impact on the time of the concentration and the runoff. From analyses of linear regression, the basin of Lin-Bian River have higher correlated coefficient. In future similar studies, the artificial structures and pumping station’s information should be implanted in the numerical models. In order to increase the accuracy of simulated results, future studies should also consider a more suitable numerical model with different flooding characteristics.
