English Abstract

We make the chemical of [2]rotaxane which has the squarine acid structure by clipping synthesis, hoping to improve the efficiency of solar cells. Although the squarine acid has an fluorescence properties, having applications in biology and other aspects of development, but due to structural instability, easily attacked by nucleophilic agent. So we decided to design and synthesize rotaxane form, using squarine acid as thread molecules, macrocyclic molecules as protection group synthesis squarine-containing rotaxane, make it has a better stability. We decided to refer to Professor Smith’s and Professor Grätzel’s square acid, using 2,4-bis (2-hydroxy-4- (naphthalen-1-yl (phenyl) amino) phenyl) cyclobutane-1,3-dione (3), and ( E) -2 - ((E) -4- (bis (7-hexyl-9,9-dimethyl-9H-fluoren-2-yl) amino) styryl) -4 - ((3- (4-carboxybenzyl) - 1,1-dimethyl-1H-benzo [e] indol-3-ium-2-yl) methylene) -3-oxocyclobut-1-en-1-olate, chloride salt (18) as the thread molecules, and makes macrocyclic molecules with p-xylylenediamine and 2,6-pyridinedicarbonyl dichloride get final product YC-R4 (4), YC-R2 (19).
