使用WT斷面與W斷面拉力接合,或是WT斷面與WT斷面拉力接合,螺栓在彎翹接合過程中是很重要的元件,分析彎翹行為過程中需要知道彎翹作用力的大小,以2005 AISC版本為主比較各種不同的版本與例題, 最後給予讀者一建議與改善方法,使用不同的規範分析彎翹行為,2005 AISC為最主要的比較版本,且用EXCEL來分析。 在許多民間工程上很多工程師採用ASD設計, 但有越來越多的工程師從ASD轉換學習LRFD。實際上在美國的鋼結構LRFD 設計逐漸成為了主要設計標準。台灣之後也會有相似的情形,而2005AISC新的版本是將以前的ASD與LRFD合併,AISC (2005) 被出版了和包括的ASD 和LRFD 有相同的設計理念, 允許實用工程師探索兩個設計方法。這研究合併以2005.AISC 探討所有理論方程式和理論背景針對彎翹行為。並簡化分析與繪製流程圖。

English Abstract

A tensile connection can be made through the use of WT and W or WT and WT are connected. The bolts used in connections are essential components and the analysis of the bolts is therefore an important issue when the prying action is being evaluated. The analysis of tensile connection with WT is necessary to deal with the prying force. As compares various editions different example and the analysis method take present standard 2005 AISC. Uses excel to analyze the example. Causes the analysis convenient and is fast. Some improvement method and suggestions are finally given to inform the readers. The analysis of prying action varies with different specifications of editions; the one of 2005 AISC is the one being used for comparison purpose. The EXCEL has been used for the purpose of calculation. Some improved methods and suggestions are also furnished. Many practical engineers use ASD to design different civil structures, more engineers switch from ASD to LRFD design. In fact, LRFD design has gradually become the major design criteria for steel structures in the United States. Similar steel design trend can be expected in Taiwan. The AISC (2005) has been published and included ASD and LRFD in the same design manual, which allows practical engineers to explore both design methods. This research has incorporated with the 2005AISC to investigate all equations and fundamental backgrounds regarding to the prying action of connections. The results of this study are presented and summarized using tables and charts.
