建築物拆除計畫與管理之研究

社會環境的變遷，民衆對於建築工程的品質日益重視，老舊建物相對面臨拆除的命運，各種現實的情況將導致管理機構面臨更多的建築物拆除作業管理工作。未來隨著都市計畫的發展，老舊建物之拆除也日漸顯現其重要性，而作為建築工程一部分的建築拆除工程之施工技術和管理手段也需要更加完善。本研究針對「建築物拆除施工計畫書」內容項目，藉由專家學者之問卷調查訪談，再經由權重及統計學中的信度分析以瞭解項目之可行性及合適性。而本論文依據建築物拆除相關法令及規定，研究中發現，我國有關建築拆除工程的法規爲數不多，相關的法律條文分散在各個法規及制度之中，對於使用者在查閱及彙整的過程上耗費相當多的時間，而有關建築物拆除計畫流程相當繁瑣，檢附之表格也相當繁多，故本論文將其檢附表格整理後設計網頁檢索來整合，透過dreanweaver網路程式語言及Microsoft Access資料庫設計系統，建立建築物拆除查詢網頁，同時建立一範例資料庫，進行建築物拆除作業資料之查詢，提供建築物拆除各相關單位來做管控與管理，落實其使用性。

Social changes in the environment, people increasingly place importance on the quality of the construction engineering, and the old building is face to demolish. The condition of various reality will cause the management organization face more buildings to demolish of management work. In the future along with the development of urban planning, the old building demolition also present its importance gradually, and a part demolition construction technique and management means of engineering to also need more perfect. The research is aimed at "dismantling the building construction program" content, by the expert scholar's questionnaire and interviewing, again through power heavy and the statistics of medium letter degree analysis to find out the feasibility of the project and appropriateness. Based on the papers and buildings demolished relevant laws and regulations, the study found that the construction of removal of the few laws, the relevant legal provisions are scattered in various regulations and systems, people will waste much time on consult and collect, and the construction demolition plan is a cumbersome process, the prosecution comes forms are multifarious. So this paper is attached to collate forms designed to integrate web search through Dreamweaver and Microsoft Access Database Design System, build up building to demolish search web page, and build up one example database in the meantime, carry on the search that the building demolition data, provide building to demolition each parties concerned to do a control and manage, carry out it to use sex.
